Our aim is to produce sausage and meat products that are in no way inferior to the beauty of our homeland. We source our high-quality livestock from local farmers. Although we have the most modern machines, we still like to do the work ourselves. This attitude has already brought us many satisfied customers and many awards. But what matters to us is that after all this time we still love to enjoy our products ourselves. Our position is that we cannot sell anyone something that we don't like and that doesn't appeal to us! Nothing more, nothing less.

Excellent Indulgence

Rumpold offers its customers excellent sausages in the literal sense. This was demonstrated by the international butchers' competition in Wels in 1996, where master butcher Fritz Rumpold Senior presented himself to the jury along with 235 other participants from 14 countries. The specialties were awarded a total of 29 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze awards based on their quality and appearance. Rumpold also presented himself to the jury in 1998. The pleasing result was the overall victory, with 601 out of 603 points available across all the nations represented. All items submitted were awarded a gold medal. The awards are both a claim and a promise. Because for the Rumpold butcher's shop, only the best is good enough.

Rumpold Butchers has been run for over 35 years by Fritz Rumpold, who took over the business from his father after passing his master butcher's exam in the family business. Since its inception, the company has carefully sourced livestock and meat of the highest quality. Rumpold processes high-quality ingredients into delicious sausages and other products for the kitchen, whether for gastronomy or private use. Modern machinery and facilities, as well as compliance with high hygiene standards, are a matter of course for Rumpold Butchers and are crucial for high-quality production.
